Terms of Service
The terms that apply to work we quote and perform.

Estimates and pricing
Quotes are given flat and in writing before work begins, and are valid for 30 days. If we find conditions that were not visible at the time of quoting — concealed damage, non-compliant existing work, or access problems — we will stop, explain, and give you a revised price before continuing. We do not perform additional chargeable work without your approval.
Diagnostic fees
A flat diagnostic fee applies to service calls and is credited toward any repair or replacement performed on the same visit. After-hours, weekend and holiday calls carry an emergency rate, disclosed before dispatch.
Permits and inspections
Where the jurisdiction requires a permit, we pull it under our license and schedule the inspection. Access to the property for the inspection is the customer's responsibility.
Warranties
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we register in your name at installation. Our workmanship warranty is stated in writing on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, freezing, water quality, pressure above code limits, work performed by others, or failure to perform recommended maintenance such as annual flushing or tankless descaling.
Scheduling and cancellations
We provide arrival windows rather than exact times and will contact you if a window changes. Please give as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Special-order equipment may be non-returnable once ordered.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept cash, check and major cards, and financing is available on qualifying work.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from pre-existing conditions, equipment failure outside our workmanship, or circumstances beyond our control.
