What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
Last updated: 1 January 2026.
Information we collect
When you call, email or request service, we collect the information needed to do the work: your name, service address, phone number, email address, and details about your water heater and the problem. We keep service records so that a future technician knows the history of the equipment.
How we use it
To schedule and perform service, to quote work, to pull permits with the relevant jurisdiction, to register manufacturer warranties in your name, to invoice you, and to contact you about the job. We may send occasional maintenance reminders; you can opt out of those at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to perform the work — for example, filing a permit application, submitting a warranty claim, or processing a payment through our payment provider — or where required by law.
Website analytics and cookies
This site may use standard analytics to understand which pages are useful, including page views, approximate location and referring source. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.
Data retention and security
We keep service records for as long as needed to support warranties, permits and tax requirements. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete records not required for legal or warranty purposes. Email service@denverwaterheaterservice.com or call 720-735-8936.
